Credit Card Payments

Techmate Handhelds accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard, American Express & Diners Club.

Due to higher processing fees, a surcharge of 2% is levied on American Express and Diners Cards credit card transactions.

Please Note we do not accept Non Australian credit cards.

If paying by credit card,our sales department will contact you to validate your order prior to processing. Additional ID may be requested to validate and confirm the identity of the card holder.

Returns

 

All goods to be returned, faulty or not, will require a Return Authorization Number before they can be returned. To obtain a Return Authorization Number, please contact Techmate Handhelds by emailing to returns@techmate.com.au or by phone.

The goods must be returned in their original unopened packaging. All return of non faulty goods will be subject to a 15% administrative fee.

Products returned with signs of wear and tear or without original packaging will not be accepted for refund or exchange.

Techmate Handhelds accept no responsibility for loss or damage occurring in transit on returning goods to Techmate Handhelds. The buyer is responsible for shipping all goods back to our premises for returns or exchanges.

Returns take approximately 7 days to process from the date of receipt of goods by Techmate Handhelds (exceptions to this may occur from time to time).

Order cancellations can be made at any time provided the order has not been shipped. Once the order is shipped, our returns policy as above will apply.

All risk of damage or loss is transferred to you upon dispatch of the goods/item to the advised mailing address.Techmate Handhelds undertakes to provide adequate packaging and a reliable delivery service but is not responsible for any damage or loss of your purchase in transit, nor does Techmate Handhelds insure against loss or damage of your purchase in transit.

Incorrectly Marked Prices: Techmate Handhelds is within its rights to charge the correct price if a product has been marked incorrectly. If Techmate Handhelds is seeking a higher price than the incorrectly marked one, then the customer has an unconditional right to cancel the order.

Order Quantities: Stock levels are updated daily Should an item be unavailable and require an advanced order, the customer will be notified and has an unconditional right to cancel the order.

Fraud

Every suspected fraudulent order is reported to the relevant credit card authority and the police station closest to the delivery address. Activity on this website and our payment gateway is actively scrutinized manually and electronically before, during and after any transaction is processed. Techmate Handhelds will press charges for credit card fraud.
