Techmate Handhelds Refund Policy

All goods to be returned, faulty or not, will require a Return Authorization Number before they can be returned. To obtain a Return Authorization Number, please contact Techmate Handhelds by emailing to returns@techmate.com.au or by phone.

The goods must be returned in their original unopened packaging. All return of non faulty goods will be subject to a 15% administrative fee.

Products returned with signs of wear and tear or without original packaging will not be accepted for refund or exchange.

Techmate Handhelds accept no responsibility for loss or damage occurring in transit on returning goods to Techmate Handhelds. The buyer is responsible for shipping all goods back to our premises for returns or exchanges.

Returns take approximately 7 days to process from the date of receipt of goods by Techmate Handhelds (exceptions to this may occur from time to time).
