Delivery

Orders are dispatched on the same day form our Bundoora werehouse in Melbourne Australia at 5.30 Mon - Friday. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on the following Monday.* *

 Delivery to, home, work, P.O. Box, hotel accomodation, and international destinations can be arranged promptly to suit your needs.

As with most online facilities Pick Up is not available and is non negotional.

Pricing

Price match is not available, and generally not required.

We do not charge multiple postage and handling for back orders.

Stock Availablity

Stock levels listed at Techmate Handhelds are generally accurate and updated daily.

You cannot add out of stock products to your shopping cart, phone orders are required in this instance.

Returns

Returns and warranty claims are handled immediately.

Refunds take up to 7 days to process. Please check refund policy prior to purchase. A 30% restocking fee is charged, so please select carefully.
